About Annie
I'm a licensed therapist, author, and passionate advocate for understanding and improving human relationships through the lens of neuroscience. With over 15 years of experience in the field, my mission is to empower individuals and couples to build stronger, healthier connections.
I hold two master's degrees in psychology and have dedicated my career to studying the intricate dynamics of attachment and relationships. Since I was young, I have always had a deep curiosity about what makes humans happy and healthy. This journey has led me to find healing from my own early wounds, study neuroscience, become a therapist, and ultimately discover how people can heal and reclaim their capacity for connection and ease.
There are many paths to healing, but no one has ever walked one and found themselves more isolated than before. We are meant to relate in healthy and supportive ways, and my work is about helping people reclaim this ability.
As the author of "The Attachment Theory Workbook" and "I Want to Connect," I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals explore their attachment styles and transform their relationships.

My Mission
At the heart of my work is a simple yet profound mission: to help people understand the power of their nervous system and attachment style in shaping their lives and relationships. I believe that when you understand these things, you can cultivate resilience, foster deeper connections, and lead a more fulfilling life.
Through my books, online resources, and online sessions, I aim to provide practical tools and compassionate guidance that make rewiring insecure attachment accessible and actionable. My goal is to create a community where people feel supported in their journey toward secure relating.
Whether you're here to take a quiz, find resources, or learn more about my work, I hope you find the information and inspiration you need to embark on your own path to connection and growth.
Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting with you on Instagram or Facebook!
Warmly,
Annie Chen
