I wrote The Attachment Theory Workbook: Powerful Tools to Promote Understanding, Increase Stability, and Build Lasting Relationships to help you understand the factors that affect how much emotional security you experience in close relationships. The workbook has 38 exercises for exploring: your attachment style, skills for building emotional security, and ways to apply them to strengthen the relationships you cherish.
